What You'll Do - Deep clean residential and commercial properties from top to bottom — baseboards, ceiling fans, inside cabinets, behind appliances, the works - Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to tackle tough jobs like carpet extraction, grout cleaning, and window washing - Work independently and as part of a team, managing your time on job sites and communicating progress with our office - Build strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent, reliable service and leaving their spaces looking amazing - Follow our proven processes and safety standards to keep yourself and customers' homes protected - Handle physical demands like lifting, climbing ladders, and being on your feet for extended periods A Typical Day in Youngstown You'll arrive at 7am, meet the team, load your equipment, and head to a residential job—often on the East Side or nearby neighborhoods. You'll deep clean with focus and attention to detail, wrap up by 4pm, and debrief with the office on what went well. It's honest, hands-on work that clients notice and respect. What We're Looking For - Real experience with deep cleaning or similar detailed work — you know what "deep" actually means - Or: No deep-cleaning experience?
