Seasonal General Laborer / Holiday Light Installer

Pay: Earn up to $15,000 during the holiday season through production-based pay, overtime opportunities, tips, and potential performance bonuses. Schedule: Full-Time Seasonal | Approximately late October/early November through the second week of December | 10–12 hour shifts during peak periods | Additional shifts and weekends available | Company operates 7 days a week during the season Location: Woodridge, IL and surrounding service areas This seasonal opportunity is a great fit for people with experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, manufacturing, warehouse work, factory work, moving, general labor, or other physical outdoor trades who want to earn strong money during a short, busy holiday season. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who are comfortable with physical outdoor work and want to make the most of the holiday season. You do not need previous Christmas light installation experience. We can teach you the technical side of the work. Experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, warehouse work, manufacturing, moving, general labor, or other hands-on trades is a plus. Requirements • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights • Able to work outdoors in cold and changing weather conditions • Physically able to lift, carry, and move equipment throughout the day • Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts • Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working as part of a team • Willing to work long days, additional shifts, and weekends during peak season • Valid driver’s license preferred but not required • Holiday lighting experience is not required The Season This is a seasonal position running approximately from the last week of October/first week of November through the second week of December. Top team members may have the opportunity to return for additional paid work during Christmas light takedowns in January.
