Why You’ll Love This Job • Earn up to $15,000 during the holiday season • Plenty of overtime and additional hours available • No previous holiday lighting experience required • Paid hands-on training • Production-based learning opportunities, tips, and potential bonuses • Work as part of an experienced installation crew • Additional paid work may be available during January takedowns • Opportunity to return for future holiday seasons • Great opportunity for motivated people who want to maximize their seasonal income What You’ll Be Doing • Install professional Christmas light displays on residential and commercial properties • Work outdoors and safely on ladders and at heights • Load, unload, organize, and transport lighting equipment • Work alongside an installation crew to complete jobs efficiently • Follow safety procedures and company installation standards • Maintain quality and attention to detail throughout each installation • Help keep equipment, materials, and work areas organized • Work approximately 10–12 hours per day during the busiest periods • Take on additional shifts and weekend work when available The holiday season is busy and physically demanding, but motivated team members have the opportunity to work significant hours and maximize their seasonal earnings. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who are comfortable with physical outdoor work and want to make the most of the holiday season. You do not need previous Christmas light installation experience. We can teach you the technical side of the work. Experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, warehouse work, manufacturing, moving, general labor, or other hands-on trades is a plus. Requirements • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights • Able to work outdoors in cold and changing weather conditions • Physically able to lift, carry, and move equipment throughout the day • Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts • Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable working as part of a team • Willing to work long days, additional shifts, and weekends during peak season • Valid driver’s license preferred but not required • Holiday lighting experience is not required The Season This is a seasonal position running approximately from the last week of October/first week of November through the second week of December. Top team members may have the opportunity to return for additional paid work during Christmas light takedowns in January.
