House/Residential Cleaner

We're Best Clean Ever, and we're hiring House/Residential Cleaners across Raleigh and the Triangle area — whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, yard work, or any background, we'll train you to do this right. No experience required. What You'll Do - Clean residential homes thoroughly and efficiently, including bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas using our proven methods and quality supplies - Build real relationships with our clients by showing up on time, being friendly, and taking pride in every detail - Handle special requests and communicate proactively if something needs attention or if a client has unique preferences - Keep your assigned routes organized so you're making the most of your day while delivering consistent, high-quality results - Maintain all cleaning equipment and report any supply needs so you're always set up for success - Follow safety protocols and best practices to protect yourself, clients' homes, and the environment What a Day Looks Like Your day typically starts at 8:00 AM Monday through Friday. You'll roll up to your first home in the Raleigh area, assess what needs attention, and get to work using proven methods and supplies we provide. You'll spend 2–4 hours per home depending on size, then move to your next assignment. You're working independently but backed by a supportive team — if you hit a snag, you call in and we help you solve it. You'll wrap up by 4:00 PM most days, knowing you made real homes cleaner and clients happier.
