Hardscape Technician

Blades of Steel Landscaping is growing, and we're hiring a Hardscape Technician to join our crew in Reading, PA. We're looking for someone ready to build beautiful outdoor spaces that last—whether you're coming from construction, general landscaping, delivery, warehouse work, or any hands-on trade. You'll earn $800–$980 per week, paid weekly, and work full-time year-round in the Reading area (Berks County). A Typical Day in the Life: You arrive at 7am at our staging area and head to your job site in the Greater Reading region. After a quick crew huddle, you're grading and prepping a residential patio area—measuring, setting forms, and checking drainage. By mid-morning, you and your crew are laying pavers in a tight grid, making sure every edge is perfect. Lunch break at noon. Afternoon? You're finishing the patio edge, cleaning up tools, and loading the truck by 4pm. That's the rhythm: precision work, real teamwork, and the satisfaction of seeing a finished project you helped build.
