Snow Removal Technician / Plow Truck Driver / Equipment Operator

📍 Reading, PA

Pay: Shoveling / Sidewalk Technicians: $18–$24/hour Plow Truck Drivers & Equipment Operators: $30–$40/hour Schedule: Seasonal | Snow events may include early mornings, nights, weekends & extended hours Location: Reading, PA Love working outdoors and staying active? If you have experience in snow removal, landscaping, construction, equipment operation, or outdoor labor—or you're ready to learn—we want you on our team! Make Winter Your Season! We're a family-owned, rapidly growing company looking for dependable people to join our snow removal crew. We're hiring Sidewalk Technicians, Plow Truck Drivers, and Equipment Operators to help keep roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and commercial properties safe and accessible when winter weather hits. And the best part? Great seasonal snow removal team members may have the opportunity to transition into full-time landscaping work in the spring and summer! You'll work with our lawn maintenance and landscape enhancement crews, learning everything from mowing and trimming to planting and hardscaping. And when summer ends, the work doesn't have to! Snow removal positions are available after the landscaping season, giving you the opportunity to keep working and earning through the winter. Hardscape Technician
