House Cleaner / Housekeeper

Pay: Up to $29/hr | $20/hr during training week Earnings: Top technicians average $800–$1,200/week + tips with weekly pay (direct deposit) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No nights | No weekends Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Plan, Direct Primary Care Membership, EAP program, SIMPLE IRA with 3% company match, PTO, 6 national holidays off, tips, incentives & recognition programs Service Area: This role services client locations throughout the greater DFW metro area, including Denton, Dallas and Tarrant counties. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between service appointments across the assigned territory. What You’ll Do • Provide high-quality residential cleaning in client homes • Travel between scheduled homes within service area • Perform detailed cleaning including kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing • Deliver consistent, professional results in every home • Follow company systems and service standards What You’ll Need • Available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (required) • Valid, unexpired driver’s license • Reliable personal vehicle + active insurance (not shared) • Must live within 25 miles of Lewisville, TX • Ability to speak, read, and write English • Able to provide 3 verifiable job references • Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (lift up to 20 lbs, bend, stand, move throughout the day) • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Our Culture Our mission is simple: Give First – Improve Lives – Make a Difference Every Day We are a supportive, respectful team that values integrity, growth, and doing meaningful work.
