If you enjoy hands-on outdoor work, take pride in the details, and want to learn a specialized skill while having fun with a great team, this could be a great fit. Whether you're looking for holiday lighting jobs, Christmas light installer jobs, seasonal outdoor jobs, installation jobs, or skilled trade opportunities, we welcome experience from roofing, construction, landscaping, electrical, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutters, solar, general labor, or other hands-on trades. ⭐ Why You’ll Love This Job • Weekly pay range of $1,000-$1,500 • Can make up to $20,000+ during the full season • Bonuses for every completed house • Commission opportunities on upsells • Commission opportunities for new clients • Work on exciting holiday lighting projects • Laid-back, supportive work environment • Learn valuable installation skills • Take ownership instead of being micromanaged • Help give back through local community projects 💡 What You’ll Be Doing • Install Christmas and holiday lighting on homes and properties • Work with ladders, tools, and lighting equipment • Follow installation plans and company standards • Pay attention to placement, spacing, and finished appearance • Troubleshoot problems and help find solutions • Keep job sites clean and organized • Work safely and take care of customer property • Communicate professionally with customers and teammates • Leave every property better than you found it 💪 What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: • Reliable and follows through • Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work • Comfortable with hands-on outdoor work • Coachable and willing to learn • Able to work safely on ladders and at heights • A team player with a positive attitude • Willing to take ownership and solve problems Experience in holiday lighting, roofing, construction, landscaping, electrical, pressure washing, window cleaning, gutters, solar, or other outdoor trades is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most. 🎄 About Christmas Lights 419 We work hard, take pride in our work, and have fun doing it.
