About the Role Clean Bee Home Service is hiring housekeeping professionals to join our growing team in Grand Rapids and surrounding neighborhoods. This is a full-time position with steady year-round work—no layoffs between seasons. What You'll Do A typical day in the life: You arrive at your first home in Grand Rapids at 8:00 AM, spend 2–3 hours deep-cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, pack up your supplies, and head to your afternoon client to refresh their living spaces and bedrooms. You wrap up by 3:00 PM, confident that families are coming home to spotless, sanitized rooms. - Clean and sanitize residential homes using industry-standard techniques and eco-friendly products - Manage your own route of clients, building lasting relationships and earning repeat business through exceptional service - Handle all areas of the home—bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living spaces—with attention to detail and efficiency - Communicate with homeowners about their specific needs and preferences, adjusting your approach accordingly - Keep detailed notes on each home's unique requirements and track your work to ensure consistency - Occasionally train and mentor new team members as we grow Schedule & Compensation You'll work Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with flexibility to adjust your route once you're established. Pay is $700–$900 per week ($16–$21/hour), paid weekly every Friday. No guessing when your paycheck arrives—it's guaranteed.
