What You'll Do - Execute thorough cleaning services in residential and commercial properties throughout the Mount Pleasant area, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathroom sanitization, and detailed surface work - Build genuine relationships with clients by delivering consistent, high-quality work and responding professionally to their needs - Manage your assigned route efficiently, arriving on time and completing each job within scheduled timeframes - Use cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly, maintaining our high standards for both results and customer safety - Report any maintenance issues or property concerns to your supervisor so we can address them quickly - Take ownership of your work area by restocking supplies and keeping equipment in top condition A Day in the Life Your day starts at 7am when you arrive at your first property in Mount Pleasant. You've got a route of 3–4 homes or small commercial spaces lined up. By mid-morning, you're at Sarah's home on Maple Street, deep-cleaning her bathrooms while she's at work. You finish by 3pm, restock your supplies, and head home knowing you've earned honest wages and made real people happy. It's physical work, but it's work you control, and your paycheck reflects your effort every single week.
