Window Cleaner

📍 Florence, AL

Pay: Up to $1,200 Weekly for top employees! Schedule: M-F with an average 8 hour morning shift starting between 7-8am Locations: The Shoals This job is great for people with experience (or interest) in window cleaning, pressure washing, construction, painting, landscaping, outdoor labor, general labor, customer service, or other hands-on and physically active work. About the Role Clear Choice Window Cleaning is looking for a motivated and dependable Window Cleaning Pro to join our growing team. You'll provide professional window cleaning services for residential and commercial customers while working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of your work every day. You'll work alongside a great team, learn valuable hands-on skills, and receive the opportunity to grow into greater responsibility and leadership. You don't need to know everything on day one—we're looking for someone who is willing to learn, works hard, shows up, and takes pride in doing the job right. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone dependable, self-motivated, willing to learn, and proud of their work. • Dependable, positive, and team-oriented • Comfortable working outdoors and at heights • Able to safely climb ladders and perform physical work • Willing to learn, follow directions, and accept coaching • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Interested in growing and taking on more responsibility Window cleaning or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required.
