Clear Vision Cleaning Services was founded in 2020 by Stephen Bangs after more than 29 years of serving the public, with a simple goal—to give back in a way that creates a visible, lasting impact. What started with basic window cleaning equipment quickly grew into a trusted local business known for professionalism, attention to detail, and genuinely caring service. As demand grew, so did our services, expanding into power washing, gutter cleaning, holiday lighting, and full exterior cleaning solutions. In 2025, Stephen’s wife Kelly joined the business after over 25 years in healthcare, and together they continue building Clear Vision into a leading exterior cleaning company in Mid-Michigan. Today, Clear Vision is more than a service provider—it’s a trusted neighbor committed to quality work, strong relationships, and helping every home and business look its best.

Window Cleaner / General Labor

📍 Lansing, MI

Location: St. Johns, MI (Serving the Greater Lansing & Tri-County Area) Pay: Earn $22-$28+/hour after training through performance bonuses and incentives Schedule: Full Time - Start time of 7:30am until the daily job route is completed. Most days end at 4pm or earlier Great for people with experience in: Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Exterior Cleaning, Construction, Landscaping, Maintenance, General Labor, Warehouse, or Skilled Trades. Schedule • Full-time • Monday-Friday • Typical start time around 7:30 AM, most work days end at 4pm or earlier • Occasional first and third Saturday work during busy seasons What You'll Be Doing • Professionally clean residential and commercial windows • Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning services • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment • Deliver outstanding customer service at every job • Maintain equipment and help keep trucks clean and organized • Take pride in producing high-quality work every day Professional window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience is preferred, but we're willing to train motivated people with a strong work ethic and are motivated to succeed.
