What You'll Do - Deep clean residential homes using safe, effective techniques and quality products — bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and everything in between - Work independently and manage your time across multiple weekly clients while maintaining our high standards - Pay attention to detail, following checklists and client preferences to ensure every home shines - Build real relationships with clients by being reliable, respectful, and professional every single time - Handle equipment and cleaning supplies responsibly, keeping your van organized and stocked - Communicate clearly with your team about scheduling, client feedback, and any concerns What a Day Looks Like Your Monday starts at 8am pulling up to a home in north Fallston. You spend 3–4 hours deep-cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms while the family is at work. You follow our proven checklists and pay close attention to what each client prefers. By early afternoon, you're restocked and heading to your second client. You wrap up by 4pm, knowing you delivered the quality that keeps families coming back. What We're Looking For - No prior cleaning experience required — we'll train you on our methods, safety standards, and client care.
