WHAT YOU'LL DO - Clean and sanitize residential homes using our proven systems and quality products, paying attention to every detail from baseboards to light fixtures - Manage your time efficiently to complete jobs on schedule while maintaining our high standards that keep customers coming back - Work as part of a team during multi-person appointments, coordinating with your crew to tackle homes quickly and thoroughly - Communicate professionally with homeowners, answer questions about our services, and represent Cowtown Maids with a friendly, respectful attitude - Report any maintenance issues or concerns in homes you service so we can address them promptly - Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and responsibly, following all company protocols A TYPICAL DAY IN FORT WORTH You'll arrive at one of our North Fort Worth service areas at 8am, review your day's assignments, and head out in your vehicle to residential homes across the region. You'll greet homeowners, understand their priorities, and execute our cleaning system with precision—tackling kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. You'll coordinate with your crew mate when appointments call for two-person teams, staying on schedule while maintaining our reputation. By day's end, you'll have completed 2–3 homes and return to base knowing your hard work directly earned families' trust and your paycheck.
