You'll be the person our clients in the Tomball area trust to make their homes shine—and we treat you with that same respect. We're hiring immediately and you'll hear back within 24 hours of applying. A Day in Your Week Monday morning you arrive at your first client home in the Tomball suburbs by 8am. You execute a thorough cleaning using our proven systems and quality products, handling everything from dusting and vacuuming to bathrooms, kitchens, and floor care with meticulous attention to detail. You finish by early afternoon, head home or to your next appointment on your established route, and clock out knowing you delivered excellent service. Every Friday, your paycheck hits—$850–$1,200 per week, paid weekly, depending on your route and hours (averaging 8–10 hours per day, M–F). What You'll Do - Execute thorough cleaning of residential spaces using our proven systems and quality products - Handle everything from dusting and vacuuming to bathrooms, kitchens, and floor care with attention to detail - Manage your own established route with set weekly appointments, arriving on time and ready to work independently - Build genuine relationships with clients by delivering consistent, excellent service every visit - Communicate with the office team about any issues, feedback, or scheduling needs - Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any needs proactively What We're Looking For - A strong work ethic and genuine commitment to doing quality work—not just finishing fast - No experience required—we train you on day one with our proven systems. - Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your own route efficiently - Physical stamina for a hands-on, active job that keeps you moving - Trustworthiness (you'll have access to clients' homes) and professional judgment - Openness to feedback and willingness to learn our systems and standards We're actively hiring career-changers and team players from retail, restaurant, warehouse, landscaping, and all service backgrounds.
