Pay: $650–$800 per week Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Fridays typically OFF, with some Fridays required during holiday lighting season | 40+ hours/week Location: Athens, TX — East Texas Outdoor Lighting Solutions Position: Full-Time, Year-Round This Job Is Great For People With Experience In: Construction, landscaping, sprinkler and irrigation, roofing, electrical work, outdoor labor, warehouse work, holiday lighting, or other hands-on skilled or general labor experience. This is a year-round position. In addition to landscape and architectural lighting, our team installs holiday lighting during the holiday season. When the holiday season ends, you will continue working with us on our year-round outdoor lighting projects. You need to be able to take direction, accept feedback, own mistakes, and keep moving without taking things personally. This is not a job where someone will be standing over you all day. You need to be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. You’ll also need to be comfortable working on ladders and roofs and have a solid head for heights. What You’ll Need • Valid driver’s license • Reliable transportation • Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops — this is a daily requirement • Comfortable working at heights • Physically able to perform manual outdoor labor • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Able to take direction and accept constructive feedback • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Dependable and willing to take ownership of your work • Non-smoker during work hours (required) If heights are an issue, this is not the job for you.
