Sales & Design Consultant – Outdoor Lighting (Entry-Level Welcome) Are you ready to design stunning outdoor spaces and help homeowners fall in love with their backyards? Elegant Accents Outdoor Lighting in South Tampa, FL is hiring a full-time Sales & Design Consultant to join our growing team. You'll earn $800–$950 per week, paid weekly, while building a career in luxury outdoor lighting design and consultative sales. This role is ideal for candidates transitioning from construction, landscaping, retail, interior design, or any customer-facing sales background—your transferable skills matter more than outdoor lighting experience. What You'll Do Each day in the Tampa area, you'll meet with homeowners and architects to understand their vision, lifestyle, and outdoor entertaining goals. You'll design custom lighting solutions that transform landscapes into stunning nighttime experiences, then present design concepts and product options that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget. You'll collaborate directly with our installation team to ensure every project is executed flawlessly, and build lasting relationships with clients who trust you as their advisor for outdoor lighting. You'll stay current on the latest lighting technology, design trends, and products in the luxury outdoor space—and we'll support your growth every step of the way.
