Window Cleaning Technician

📍 Collinsville, IL

Pay: $16/hr training → $600–$900 weekly after training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Location: Collinsville, IL Experience This Job is Great For: Residential & commercial window cleaning, exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or general labor experience What’s In It For You • Company vehicles & equipment provided • Performance-based raises & bonuses • PTO after 90 days • Lead / Trainer advancement opportunities • Work outdoors and be hands-on with visible results What You’ll Do • Clean windows and exteriors for residential & commercial properties • Work safely on ladders and with equipment • Follow structured systems to deliver consistent results • Keep job sites and vehicles organized • Support your team and represent the company professionally What You’ll Need • Driver’s license & reliable transportation • Lift 50+ lbs, comfortable at heights • Physically fit for outdoor work in varying weather • Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented About Us At Elite Shine, we value hands-on work, clear systems, and predictable schedules.
