House Cleaner / Cleaning Technician

What You'll Do - Clean and sanitize residential homes using professional-grade equipment and eco-friendly products - Work through detailed checklists to ensure every room meets our high standards—from dusting and vacuuming to bathrooms and kitchens - Build genuine relationships with our clients by showing up on time, communicating clearly, and treating their homes with respect - Handle special requests and tackle those tricky cleaning challenges that come with real homes - Help our team maintain our reputation as the most trusted cleaning company serving Haywood County homes in and around Waynesville - Keep your work area organized and report any maintenance issues with equipment or supplies A typical day: You'll arrive at your first home in the Waynesville area by 8am, work through a pre-planned route of 2-4 homes per shift, and wrap up by 5pm. Each home takes 2-4 hours depending on size. You'll use your own transportation to move between jobs (in the Waynesville area), follow our detailed cleaning checklists, interact directly with homeowners, and report back to the office with any issues or special requests. By day's end, you'll know you've made a real difference in people's homes. What We're Looking For - Someone reliable who shows up ready to work and takes pride in doing things right - Physical stamina—you'll be on your feet, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day - Attention to detail and the ability to notice what others might miss - A positive attitude and genuine care for our clients' satisfaction - No experience required.
