What a Typical Day Looks Like You arrive at our Blaine headquarters Monday through Friday, ready to tackle a mix of residential and commercial jobs across the Twin Cities. Maybe you're power-washing a driveway in St. Paul, then heading to a storefront window cleaning gig in Minneapolis. You've got a crew with you—people you've trained and who trust your judgment. When something doesn't go as planned, you problem-solve on the spot. You communicate directly with homeowners and business owners, many of whom have been calling specifically to work with you. By day's end, you've delivered spotless results, mentored your team on a technique or two, and maintained our equipment so it's ready to roll tomorrow. You clock out by 5 p.m., with nights and weekends completely yours. What You'll Do - Lead and mentor a small crew of pressure washers and window cleaners, setting the standard for quality and safety on every job - Handle larger commercial and residential projects independently, from house exteriors and driveways to storefront windows and building facades - Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to keep our fleet running smoothly and safely - Build relationships with our regular clients—many have been with us for years and trust your work - Plan job logistics, estimate timelines, and communicate directly with homeowners and business owners - Train new team members on techniques, equipment operation, and our commitment to doing things right What We're Looking For - Real experience with pressure washing and window cleaning—you know the difference between a surface clean and a thorough one - Natural leadership skills; you're someone people want to work with and learn from - Either proven leadership experience OR a genuine willingness to step into a lead role with mentoring from our team—we support people ready to grow. - A track record of showing up on time, every time, and treating people's homes and businesses with respect - Problem-solving ability—when something doesn't go as planned, you figure it out - A valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Blaine area and surrounding suburbs What We Offer - Paid weekly (earning $800–$1,300 per week based on experience and performance)—money in your account every Friday to support your family - Workers' compensation coverage protecting you on the job - A stable, full-time role with Monday–Friday daytime hours, nights and weekends off to spend with family and friends - On-the-job training and leadership opportunities—grow your skills and your career with a team that puts you in control of your advancement - The respect and support of a team that values hard work and integrity - A family-oriented atmosphere where we work hard and play hard—built on trust, dedication, and continuous growth.
