Pay: $17/hour guaranteed base with performance bonuses Schedule: Morning 8 hour shift. Specific timing will depend on time zone Location: Fully Remote Perks: PTO, flexible schedule, real growth opportunity This position is a great fit for someone with experience in account management, customer support, client services, customer success, office administration, or other fast-paced client-facing roles. 💫 What You’ll Do • Manage client communication by phone, Zoom, email, and text • Answer candidate questions and relay client updates • Keep the hiring process moving smoothly • Stay ahead of issues before they become problems • Follow systems while helping us improve them • Work independently without micromanagement • Support daily operations inside GoHighLevel as part of keeping client work flowing efficiently • Manage contacts, pipelines, and basic automations • Assist with recruiting workflows and candidate communication • Reply to applicants and handle basic customer service messages • Keep systems organized, accurate, and up to date • Help the team stay efficient, structured, and responsive We’re a small recruiting company that helps home service businesses grow their teams, from house cleaning and window cleaning companies to landscapers and other local service pros. We’re growing quickly, and we need an Account Manager who can keep up with the pace, bring great energy, and genuinely enjoy working with people. This is not the kind of role for someone who wants to quietly sit in a corner and answer a couple emails. This is the kind of role for someone who loves talking to clients, solving problems, jumping in where needed, and being part of a team that works hard but has a lot of fun doing it. We laugh a lot.
