Holiday Light Installer / Crew Leader

Pay: Starting at $18/hour during training | Increase to $21/hour after successfully completing training | Potential for overtime, bonuses, and team incentives Schedule: Seasonal Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | Nights and Sundays off | Hours may range from 7:00 AM–9:00 PM depending on workload Location: Papillion / Springfield, NE area This job is great for people with experience (or interest) in holiday light installation, landscaping, construction, roofing, painting, tree service, general labor, outdoor labor, warehouse work, or other physically active jobs. About the Role Holiday Light Rescue is hiring Light Installers (Crew Members) and Crew Leaders to help create beautiful holiday lighting displays on residential and commercial properties throughout the season. You'll work outdoors as part of a hardworking team, installing lights, following company standards, and helping create displays that customers are excited to see. This is a hands-on, physically active seasonal position with opportunities to earn more through A-Employee pay, overtime, bonuses, and team incentives. Crew Leaders will take on additional responsibility by helping lead the crew, keeping projects moving, and making sure work is completed safely and to company standards. Crew Leaders Leadership, crew, installation, or similar experience is a plus. Crew Leaders should lead by example, support the team, and help ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
