Holiday Lighting Technician

Pay: $25 - $35 an hour | Make up to $15,000 in the October - January Season! About the Job Humbug Lighting is looking for 4 Holiday Lighting Technicians to join our team for the busy holiday lighting season. You'll help install and remove professional holiday lighting displays for residential and commercial customers throughout Middle Tennessee. This is an active, hands-on position with long workdays during the peak holiday season. If you enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a hardworking team, this could be a great seasonal opportunity. What You’ll Be Doing • Installing professional holiday lighting displays • Working safely on roofs and at heights • Performing hands-on installation and takedown work • Working efficiently as part of a two-person crew • Loading, unloading, and handling lighting equipment • Maintaining a clean and professional work area • Troubleshooting installation challenges and finding practical solutions • Delivering a quality experience for every customer Pay & Schedule • $25/hour starting pay • Additional production pay • Monday–Saturday during the holiday season • Long workdays, typically 9–12 hours including drive time • Sundays and Thanksgiving Day are non-working days • No installations/work for approximately two weeks between December 20 and January 3 What We’re Looking For • Comfortable working on roofs and at heights • Comfortable performing manual labor • Reliable and hardworking • Strong attention to detail • Takes pride in quality work • Works well with a teammate • Professional, clean-cut appearance and attitude • Able to stay focused during long workdays • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions • Roofing, landscaping, construction, electrical, or home-service experience is a plus About Humbug Lighting Humbug Lighting is a growing, family-owned company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Middle Tennessee.
