What started as a passion for bringing holiday magic to their neighborhood has grown into a trusted company with 500+ installations across San Diego County. We’re not a national franchise or a seasonal side hustle. We’re a local team that takes pride in creating beautiful holiday displays and doing every installation the right way. We use professional, commercial-grade materials and never cut corners. Crew Leads • Holiday Light Installers • Drivers/Support

📍 San Diego, CA

Pay: $18–$23/hour + bonuses, tips, referrals, extra shifts & overtime Schedule: Seasonal | 7 days/week | Sunrise–Sunset | Closed Thanksgiving Season: Installation through ~December 20; January removal work may be available Location: San Diego County Work Hard. Earn More. Make San Diego Shine. Jingle Bulbs is hiring reliable seasonal crew members to install professional holiday lighting on homes and businesses throughout San Diego County. No holiday lighting experience required. Training provided. What You'll Do • Install holiday lights on homes, roofs, trees, palms, and other outdoor areas • Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and active job sites • Load, unload, organize, and transport materials • Follow job plans and complete installations neatly and safely • Troubleshoot lighting issues and assist with removals • Protect customer property and keep work areas clean • Use a mobile phone for schedules, job details, photos, and communication Crew Lead • Lead the crew and coordinate daily jobs • Assign tasks and monitor safety, quality, and productivity • Review plans, materials, and property requirements • Inspect completed installations and handle job-site issues • Complete job photos and documentation • Communicate with customers when needed Leadership/supervisory experience in holiday lighting, roofing, construction, landscaping, electrical, or another hands-on trade preferred. Holiday Light Installer • Install roofline lighting, tree/palm wraps, wreaths, garland, and ground lighting • Measure, test, and securely attach lighting • Maintain straight lines, consistent spacing, and professional results • Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and material handling Driver/Support Crew • Safely transport crew, equipment, and materials • Load and organize vehicles • Provide ground and ladder support • Make supply runs and track materials • Assist with installations and removals as trained You Must • Be dependable, punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn • Be comfortable outdoors, on ladders, and at heights • Be able to lift, carry, climb, bend, and stay active throughout the day • Be available for weekday and weekend work • Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Follow safety procedures and company instructions • Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Experience in holiday lighting, roofing, construction, landscaping, outdoor lighting, warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or general labor is a plus, but not required. Employees may not possess, use, or be impaired by drugs or alcohol while working, driving, operating equipment, or representing the company. Testing may be required when permitted by law.
