Most importantly: you'll feel the happiness and fulfillment that comes from serving your neighbors in Tampa and making their homes beautiful. **A Day in Your Life** You arrive at our Tampa office or start your route directly, armed with supplies and a list of 3–5 residential homes scheduled throughout the week. You're visiting families in Tampa's neighborhoods—Busch Gardens area, West Tampa, South Tampa—where relationships matter. You knock, greet the homeowner warmly, and spend 2–4 hours transforming their space. You spot the details others miss: baseboards, corners, grout lines, ceiling fans. You communicate with the family about their preferences, take pride in the final walk-through, and leave knowing you've made their week better. You manage your own route efficiently, visiting multiple homes throughout the week, and wrap up by 5pm most days, ready to plan tomorrow. **What You'll Do** - Clean residential homes thoroughly using proper techniques and quality products, from bathrooms and kitchens to living areas and bedrooms - Build genuine relationships with our regular clients by showing up on time, being respectful of their space, and delivering consistent, excellent results - Manage your own route and schedule efficiently, visiting multiple homes throughout the week while maintaining our high standards - Pay attention to detail—we're talking baseboards, corners, and those spots others miss—because our clients notice and appreciate it - Communicate openly with our team about any challenges, feedback from clients, or ideas to improve how we work - Represent Joy of Cleaning professionally by being friendly, trustworthy, and reliable every single day **What We're Looking For** - Real experience cleaning residential homes, or proven ability to learn quickly and work independently (no experience required—we'll train you) - A genuine desire to do quality work—you take pride in how a home looks when you leave it - Reliability and punctuality; our clients depend on you, and so do we - Physical stamina for a job that involves standing, bending, and moving throughout the day - A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team that actually cares about doing things right **What We Offer** - Steady full-time work with consistent Monday–Friday daytime hours and a reliable schedule you can count on - Weekly pay: $720–$880 per week (approximately $18–$22/hour depending on experience and route efficiency) - On-the-job training from day one—we'll teach you our systems, products, and standards - Workers' compensation coverage (legally required for all W2 employees) - A supportive team environment where your effort is noticed and appreciated - Growth opportunities and room for advancement as we expand our Tampa service area - You're in control of your career path: build client relationships, specialize in certain neighborhoods, move into team lead or training roles as you grow with Joy of Cleaning - Fulfillment and genuine happiness from serving your Tampa community and making real friends on a team that values integrity and joy
