Lead Technician in Training - Exterior Services Crew Leader

You do not need experience in every service we perform — we can teach our specific systems. We're looking for someone who: • Understands physical field work • Is comfortable working around ladders and heights • Has a strong work ethic • Has a safety-first mindset • Communicates professionally • Takes coaching well • Is ready to accept greater responsibility • Takes pride in quality work • Wants to learn how to lead Experience in roofing, gutters, siding, construction, painting, landscaping, tree service, solar installation, window cleaning, pressure washing, low-voltage installation, holiday lighting, or other ladder-intensive trades is especially relevant. Previous management experience is not required.
