Our marketing and reputation bring in 70+ inquiries every month, and that number is growing every week. We're hiring a Client Growth & Support Coordinator to turn those conversations into long-term clients. This is not cold calling, and it's not high-pressure sales. You'll often be the first voice a client hears when they reach out. Some know exactly what they want. Others are busy, overwhelmed, or not sure where to start. Your job is to listen, guide them to the right service, and follow through so they become clients who stay with us for years. Our leads come to you. • Full training and clear expectations from day one What You'll Do • Answer inbound calls and online inquiries, and book cleanings • Follow up on quotes and reconnect with past clients • Check in with every new client after their first clean and help them move into recurring service • Document client feedback in our scheduling system and route service issues to our field supervisor • Schedule and conduct in-home bids • Keep client records accurate and up to date About Keely's Cleaning Crew Keely's Cleaning Crew is a residential and commercial cleaning company serving Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln since 2014. Qualifications • At least 1 year of office, sales, or customer service experience • Warm and confident on the phone, and makes people feel heard • Organized and dependable, with strong follow-through • Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Mac, and learning new software • Competitive in a healthy way and motivated to keep improving • Takes feedback well • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (for in-home bids) Ready to help people find the right service and see your results in your paycheck?
