What’s In It for You • $20/hour during approximately 1–2 weeks of training • $21/hour after training • Opportunity to increase to $23/hour after 90 days based on performance • Yearly raises • Guaranteed at least 35 hours per week • Paid driving time between locations • Fuel reimbursement for driving between the two ZIP codes • 1 paid hour per week for washing company cleaning cloths at home • Medical insurance with $300 employer contribution • Dental and vision coverage • Paid vacation time • Independent, structured workdays • Supportive, professional team environment Schedule • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: approximately 7-hour days • Thursday and Saturday: approximately 2–3 hours • Guaranteed at least 35 hours per week • We are flexible about moving one of the shorter days to another weekday when possible for the right candidate Locations You will clean three commercial buildings across two Columbus locations: • Columbus, OH 43228: Cleaned Wednesdays only • Columbus, OH 43221: Cleaned Monday–Saturday Paid driving time is provided between ZIP codes, along with fuel reimbursement for travel between the two locations. What You’ll Do • Travel between commercial properties as scheduled • Perform detailed cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces • Disinfect high-touch areas • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies • Deliver consistent, professional service • Wash company cleaning cloths weekly or every other week at home What You’ll Need • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle • Active auto insurance • Smartphone for scheduling and communication • Ability to lift 20 lbs and stay active throughout the workday • Ability to work independently and manage scheduled tasks • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented • Ability to pass a background screening • Ability to wash company cleaning cloths at home on a weekly or every-other-week basis About Us At Kelly’s Kleaning, we value independent work, high-quality results, and a positive, supportive culture.
