We provide deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, move-in/move-out services, and paint prep for homes and businesses throughout the area. House Cleaner

📍 Frederick, MD

Frederick, MD Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM $975/Weekly + tips START WORKING. START EARNING FAST. Looking for steady work with great pay and no nights or weekends? We are hiring immediately for House Cleaners in the Frederick area! No experience needed — we train you from day one. This position also offers growth opportunities for team members who demonstrate strong cleaning skills, reliability, leadership, and the ability to help train others. As you grow with the company, you may have the opportunity to advance into a Trainer position. WHAT YOU’LL GET • $975/week • PLUS tips on top of weekly pay • Weekly direct deposit • Full-time, stable schedule • Monday–Friday only (NO nights, NO weekends) • PTO after 1 year (more PTO after 2 years) • 401(k) with company match after 1 year • Active job — stay moving all day WHAT YOU’LL DO • Clean and sanitize homes (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas) • Vacuum, mop, dust, and make beds • Follow simple cleaning checklists • Work in different homes across Frederick • Make homes feel fresh, clean, and comfortable WHO THIS JOB IS PERFECT FOR This is great for people with experience in: • Housekeeping or hotel cleaning • CNA, PCA, or home health care • Daycare or caregiving roles • OR anyone who simply likes cleaning and staying active No professional experience required — just a good attitude and willingness to learn. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU • Reliable vehicle (You will be using your own vehicle for this position) • Available Monday–Friday, 8–5 • Lives near Frederick, MD • Dependable, positive, and ready to work GROW WITH US This position starts as a House Cleaning Technician.
