General Crew Member / Lawn Maintenance Technician

We hire crew members from landscaping, grounds-keeping, general labor, and warehouse backgrounds. No experience required; we'll train you on everything. A Day in Your Life You'll start your day at 7 a.m., arriving at our Fort Wayne yard to load equipment and materials onto the truck. Then you'll visit 4–6 residential and commercial properties, operating mowers, trimmers, and blowers to keep lawns and beds looking sharp. You'll work alongside your crew, stay on schedule, and head home knowing you've made neighborhoods look great. Rain or shine, there's always work to do in Fort Wayne's busy landscaping season. What You'll Do - Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and edgers to keep properties looking sharp - Perform lawn maintenance services such as mowing, edging, mulching, and seasonal cleanup for residential and commercial clients - Load and unload equipment and materials efficiently to keep our crews moving throughout the day - Work as part of a team to complete jobs on schedule and exceed customer expectations - Assist with landscape installations, bed prep, and other projects as needed What We're Looking For - A willingness to work hard and show up on time, rain or shine — this job is weather dependent - No experience necessary; basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate equipment safely - A positive attitude and genuine interest in doing quality work that customers will notice - Physical capability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day What We Offer - Full-time, year-round steady work with weekly paychecks every Friday — you'll earn $900–$1,200 per week (approximately $22–$30/hour depending on experience and role) - On-the-job training from day one — we teach you to operate all equipment safely and build real landscaping skills - Workers' compensation coverage protecting you on every job (legally required for all W-2 employees in Indiana) - A team-oriented environment where crew members genuinely support each other and work together to solve problems - Real opportunity to grow into leadership roles and higher-paying positions as you develop hands-on skills with Lawns and More Apply in under 2 minutes.
