What You'll Do - Install and maintain landscape beds, mulch, plants, and hardscaping elements on residential and commercial properties - Operate basic landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and hand tools with care and efficiency - Work as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule while maintaining high quality standards - Prepare soil, plant trees and shrubs, and assist with irrigation system maintenance - Help load, unload, and transport materials and equipment safely - Perform seasonal tasks like fall cleanups, spring plantings, and snow removal as needed A Day in Your Shoes You'll arrive at 7am in Norfolk ready to work. Meet your crew, grab your assignments, and spend the morning installing mulch beds or preparing soil for spring plantings. After lunch, you might operate equipment like trimmers and mowers while staying focused on quality and safety. Every day is different—some weeks you're doing fall cleanups, other times handling snow removal or irrigation work. You'll work Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm, as part of a team that actually cares about doing good work.
