What You'll Do - Operate and maintain commercial mowing equipment on residential and commercial properties throughout the Lincoln, NE area - Deliver consistent, high-quality cuts and finishes that keep our clients happy and coming back - Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running smoothly - Work independently and as part of a team, managing your route efficiently and professionally - Communicate with property managers and clients about their specific needs and expectations - Help maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety protocols A Day in Your Shoes You'll arrive at 7am to check your equipment and fuel up, then head to your first property on the Lincoln south side. By noon, you've completed three residential cuts with sharp lines and zero complaints. You'll swing by the shop for a quick lunch, then tackle two commercial properties before clocking out at 3:30pm. Every day is about quality work, safe practices, and knowing your effort keeps clients coming back.
