This is full-time, steady work with real growth potential in the outdoor lighting trade. What You'll Do - Install outdoor lighting systems at residential and commercial properties across the Franklin area, from digging trenches and running conduit to mounting fixtures and testing connections - Work with hand tools and power equipment to prep sites, set posts, and secure lighting components safely and efficiently - Collaborate with our experienced team to bring landscape lighting designs to life—you'll learn from pros who care about quality work - Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and perform maintenance on existing systems to keep our clients' properties looking great - Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment at job sites and our shop, keeping everything ready for the next project - Take direction well and communicate with your crew and project managers to stay on schedule Your Typical Day You arrive at a residential property in Brentwood or a commercial site in the Franklin area at 7am. Your crew unloads materials and preps the site while you assist with digging trenches for conduit. By mid-morning, you're mounting light fixtures, learning proper techniques from seasoned installers beside you. After lunch, you test electrical connections, troubleshoot any issues, and organize equipment for tomorrow's job. You're back at the shop by 4pm, paid weekly for your effort, and ready for the next day.
