What You'll Do - Deep clean residential homes using proven techniques and quality products, from kitchens and bathrooms to bedrooms and living areas - Manage your own schedule and build relationships with regular clients who'll come to rely on your work - Handle equipment and supplies responsibly, and communicate any maintenance needs or client requests - Work independently while staying organized, efficient, and detail-oriented throughout your shift - Adapt to different home layouts, client preferences, and special cleaning requests with flexibility and a positive attitude What We're Looking For - Real cleaning experience, genuine passion for transforming homes, or willingness to learn proven techniques through hands-on training - Reliability you can stand behind—showing up on time, every time, matters to us and our clients - Physical stamina to handle the demands of full-time cleaning work with energy and care - A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently without constant supervision - Respect for client homes and privacy, with strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor What We Offer - Full-time work with consistent scheduling: Monday–Friday daytime hours, typically 35–40 hours per week. Manage your own schedule and build lasting client relationships in the North Colorado Springs and greater Colorado Springs area. - Weekly paychecks: Earn $600–$900 per week (paid weekly), depending on experience and hours.
