Holiday Lighting Technician

📍 Pittsburgh, PA

Pay: $800+ weekly earning potential Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Optional Weekends for OT Location: Pittsburgh metro area Now Hiring! Outdoor Lighting Perspectives of Pittsburgh is looking for reliable Holiday Lighting Technicians to join our team. Experience in holiday lighting, landscaping, roofing, construction, pressure washing, exterior maintenance, or other outdoor work is a plus — but the right attitude and reliability matter most! 🎄 Why You'll Love This Job • Great pay! $800+ weekly • Monday–Friday 7:30a-4p • Weekends available for overtime (optional) • Friendly, tight-knit, family-like team • Work on high-end holiday lighting projects • Learn specialized installation skills • Take pride in beautiful, professional work • Join a company with proven systems and a strong reputation • Be part of a local business backed by a 20+ year national franchise 💡 What You'll Be Doing As a Holiday Lighting Technician, you'll help transform homes and properties with professional holiday lighting displays. Your responsibilities will include: • Installing holiday lights on homes and other properties • Working on ladders and at heights up to 24–32 feet • Safely handling ladders, tools, and lighting equipment • Following installation plans and company standards • Paying close attention to spacing, placement, and overall appearance • Keeping work areas clean and organized • Troubleshooting and solving problems in the field • Working closely with teammates to complete projects efficiently • Providing professional, respectful service to customers 💪 What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You should be: • Reliable and punctual • A positive team player • Detail-oriented • Comfortable working outdoors • A good problem solver • Comfortable working at heights • Safety-minded • Proud of producing high-quality work • Able to work Monday–Friday throughout the holiday lighting season ⚠️ Important Requirement Are you comfortable safely working on ladders 24–32 feet high? If heights aren't your thing, this probably isn't the right job for you.
