If you love making spaces shine and take pride in a job done well, we want to meet you. **Your Day in the Life** Your day starts at 7am when you meet your team and review the day's properties. You head out to your first residential home in San Diego's North Park, East County, or Coronado area—whatever neighborhoods are on the route. You spend 3–4 hours deep-cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms using industry-standard products and equipment, chat with the homeowner about their satisfaction, then drive to your next property. You complete 2–3 homes per day, finish by 4pm, and know exactly what you're earning that week. **What You'll Do** - Clean residential homes thoroughly and efficiently, handling everything from kitchens and bathrooms to living areas and bedrooms - Use industry-standard cleaning products and equipment safely while respecting customers' homes and belongings - Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistent quality on every single job - Build positive relationships with homeowners by being professional, friendly, and reliable - Manage your time well to complete jobs on schedule and move between multiple properties each day - Report any maintenance issues or concerns you notice during cleans **What We're Looking For** - You're reliable and show up on time — it's non-negotiable in this role - You have physical stamina for a hands-on job that keeps you moving - You're detail-oriented and can spot what others miss - No cleaning experience? We'll train you from day one. We also hire from any hands-on background—retail, warehouse, lawn care, house painting, or any trade.
