Commercial Window Cleaner

📍 Sandy, UT

Pay: $800–$1,000/week Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM Location: Sandy, UT Experience This Job is Great For: Window cleaning, commercial cleaning, general labor, and outdoor work What’s In It For You • Competitive weekly pay: $800–$1,000 • Dental and health insurance • Paid Time Off • Performance bonuses: potential to earn on every project • Company events: BBQs, team-building days, community service events, and more What You’ll Do • Clean exterior and interior windows for commercial buildings, storefronts, offices, and multi-story properties using professional tools and techniques • Operate ladders, extension poles, and water-fed pole systems safely • Perform mid-rise window cleaning following proper fall-protection procedures and harness protocols • Clean frames, sills, screens, and glass doors • Complete multiple commercial locations daily on scheduled routes • Identify and report safety hazards, building issues, or glass damage • Follow OSHA, company, and site-specific safety procedures • Communicate professionally with property managers, store owners, and onsite staff • Maintain company equipment and vehicles, ensuring tools are clean and functioning • Assist team members on large-scale jobs and coordinate work in crews when needed • Complete documentation such as job checklists, time logs, or service reports Why You’ll Love Working With Us • Inclusive environment: Every team member feels valued • Opportunities for advancement: We promote from within and provide clear career growth What We’re Looking For • High School Diploma or GED • Valid Driver’s License • Comfortable working at heights • Strong physical stamina • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, can-do mindset, and team-player mentality Ready to Join the Team?
