House Cleaning Technician

📍 Columbus, OH

Pay: $850 to $1,000 weekly + tips & bonuses Schedule: Full-Time, Daytime (Weekdays 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:30 am–5:30 pm) Perks: Paid training, PTO after six months, holidays off, and weekly direct deposit Service area: We have service areas in central Columbus (downtown, Clintonville, Grandview and OSU campus), as well as the north (Westerville, Dublin, and Powell) and southeast (Gahanna, Pickerington, and Canal Winchester). This position is great for those with experience in hotel housekeeping, commercial janitorial, and residential cleaning, as well as home healthcare, childcare or any other detail-oriented position. At Red Rover Cleaning, success isn’t just about cleaning houses—it’s about building a place where people can grow their careers, feel respected, and enjoy coming to work. Our current team members stay because they like the way we treat them, the flexibility we offer, and the opportunities to grow. Quick Info • Pay: $850 to $1,000 weekly + tips & bonuses • Weekly direct deposit • Paid training and PTO (after six months) • Holidays off • Routes mostly within 30 minutes • Nights and weekends not required, but available What You’ll Do • Recurring residential home cleaning • Vacuum, dust, mop, sanitize bathrooms and kitchens • Detail cleaning • Mostly solo work, occasionally paired for larger homes Experience is great, but we can train the right person. What matters most is reliability, honesty, and taking pride in your work. We’re W-2 employees, not contractors, and we provide all supplies and coverage. As we grow, there are opportunities to move into leadership, training, or other office roles.
