Roberts Quality Irrigation is looking for a Landscape Irrigation Technician to join our growing team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You'll be the backbone of what keeps our customers' landscapes healthy and beautiful year-round. A Day in Your Life Your day starts at 7am when you meet the crew at our Green Bay headquarters to review the day's service calls and installations. You'll head out to residential and commercial properties across the greater Green Bay area, where you might diagnose why a slow sprinkler head isn't watering evenly, install a new zone controller, or help troubleshoot a seasonal winterization job. You're working with your hands, learning from experienced techs, and directly solving problems that keep customers' lawns and gardens thriving. By 4pm, you're back wrapping up paperwork and prepping equipment for tomorrow. What You'll Do - Install and maintain irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties across the Green Bay area - Diagnose and repair sprinkler systems, controllers, valves, and related equipment - Perform regular system inspections and adjustments to ensure optimal performance and water efficiency - Educate customers on proper system operation and seasonal maintenance - Respond to service calls and emergency repairs with professionalism and urgency - Work collaboratively with our team on larger installation projects What We're Looking For - Technical skills with irrigation systems or related mechanical work (or no experience required — we'll train you from day one) - A valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Physical ability to dig, lift, and work outdoors in all weather conditions - Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help customers - Reliability and a positive attitude that makes the job easier for everyone around you - We actively hire from HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, and general construction backgrounds — your work ethic matters more than your exact background.
