Residential Cleaning Technician

📍 Florence, KY

Pay: After training you can make $21-$26 an hour plus tips Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start 8:00–8:30 AM | End 4:30–5:00 PM | Full-time (approx. 8-hour shifts) Location: Northern Kentucky & Greater Cincinnati (Florence, Newport, Covington, Edgewood, Ft. Thomas, Cincinnati areas, Hyde Park, Oakley, Clifton, OTR & surrounding areas) Experience This Job is Great For: Residential cleaning, housekeeping, maid service, hospitality, retail, or anyone who enjoys active, detail-oriented work What’s In It For You • Weekly pay: $700–$985/week + tips for top performers • Paid training + clear growth path • No nights or weekends • Health, dental & vision insurance • PTO + holiday pay • Referral & performance bonuses • Uniforms & supplies provided • Supportive, family-like team culture • Meaningful work helping families and communities What You’ll Do • Clean residential homes using structured systems (training provided) • Work independently and as part of a supportive team • Use safe, family- and pet-friendly cleaning products • Maintain high-quality standards in every home • Stay active and engaged throughout the day • Deliver excellent service to clients What You’ll Need • Ability to pivot quickly and adjust priorities in real time • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic • Ability to work on your feet for 6–8 hours • Able to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks • Valid driver’s license + reliable insured vehicle (full access) • Smartphone for communication and scheduling • Pet- and child-friendly About the Company We Care About YOU – We believe happy teammates create happy clients.
