WHAT YOU'LL DO - Operate pressure washing equipment to clean residential and commercial properties, driveways, decks, patios, and more - Travel to job sites around the Lenexa area and manage your time efficiently between appointments - Work alongside our team to deliver quality results that make customers genuinely happy - Maintain and care for equipment so it stays in top shape for the next job - Follow safety protocols and best practices to keep yourself and others safe on the job - Help with general labor tasks and support the team however needed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - A willingness to work hard and take pride in your work — no experience necessary, we'll train you from day one - Someone reliable who shows up on time and ready to go - Ability to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a team - A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites in Lenexa - Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including standing, lifting, and outdoor work in various weather conditions - Coming from landscaping, construction, warehouse, retail, or general labor? Your work ethic translates perfectly to pressure washing—we'll teach you everything else.
