Landscape Laborer

We're Toy's Landscape, and we're hiring Landscape Laborers in Cabot, PA and the surrounding Butler County area. Whether you're coming from lawn care, general labor, warehouse work, or just looking for outdoor work that matters, we'll train you to succeed. We welcome applicants from any background—construction, grounds maintenance, or starting fresh—if you're ready to build a real trade skill. Coming from a different industry? That's perfect. We hire great people from all backgrounds, including those transitioning from warehouse, retail, delivery, or factory work. What You'll Do - Load, unload, and operate landscaping equipment while maintaining a safe, organized job site - Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers following design specifications and seasonal best practices - Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mulching, edging, and bed preparation - Help install hardscaping features like pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems - Work alongside experienced crew members to complete projects on time and to the highest standard - Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs to keep everything running smoothly A Day in Your Role Your day starts at 7am as you arrive in Cabot ready to load equipment and review the day's projects with your crew. By mid-morning, you're planting shrubs or preparing landscape beds, working alongside experienced team members who show you the right way to do things. You'll break for lunch, then spend your afternoon on mulching, edging, or helping install hardscape features. Every day is different — and every project you complete adds another skill to your toolbox and another beautiful space to your portfolio. Foreman / General Labor Lead

You'll be the backbone of our daily operations — keeping projects on track, managing our team, and making sure every job is done right. Whether you're coming from warehouse, retail, general labor, or construction backgrounds, we welcome skilled workers ready to step into a leadership role. A Typical Day You arrive at 7am in Cabot and walk your crew through the day's hardscape plan—who's handling the mulch beds, who's operating the equipment, what the customer priorities are. You're hands-on alongside your team, moving soil, directing plantings, and problem-solving on the fly when weather or site conditions shift. By 4pm, you've checked in with the office, ensured equipment is clean and secure, and left the job site ready for tomorrow. Friday, you confirm everyone's paid and ready for the weekend. What You'll Do - Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers on residential and commercial projects in the Cabot area, keeping everyone focused and motivated - Plan out daily tasks, assign work, and solve problems on the fly when things change - Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, and teach crew members how to do the same - Communicate with customers and our office team to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet expectations - Maintain equipment and keep the job site organized and clean - Help with heavy lifting, planting, hardscaping, and general labor alongside your team What We're Looking For - Real experience leading crews or working in landscaping — you know the work and can guide others through it.
