Pay: $14/hr during training | $17–$23/hr after training (performance-based) Earnings: Tips + weekly bonus opportunities | Pay increases based on performance (you control your income) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No nights | No weekends Location: Findlay, OH (Two Witches and a Broom Cleaning Services) This isn’t the kind of job where people stare at the clock all day. The role is active from start to finish, with plenty of standing, moving, bending, kneeling, and staying on the go throughout the day. The right person is friendly, well-spoken, thoughtful, and remembers the small things clients mention because those little moments matter. About the Company At Two Witches and a Broom Cleaning Services, we are a small, locally owned company where you are known, supported, and trusted — not just a number.
