Full Time House Cleaner-Mon-Fri-Dayshift-Vibrant Cleaning Services

📍 Medina, OH

$20–$24/hour | No Nights or Weekends | Paid Training | PTO | 401(k) Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift, 8am-4:30pm Work Location: In person – Medina, Wadsworth, Brunswick, Hinckley, Seville, Sharon Center, Valley City, Westfield Center, Lodi, and Spencer Pay: $19/hr during paid training → $20–$24/hr after training (plus tips & bonuses) About Vibrant Cleaning Services: Voted Best Cleaning Service in Medina for 10+years At Vibrant Cleaning Services, we don’t just clean homes—we create calm, comfort, and peace for the families and pets we serve. Our team members are professionals who take pride in their work and understand that consistency and care truly matter. What You’ll Do · Clean homes using detailed checklists and proven systems · Deliver consistent, high-quality results every visit · Treat clients’ homes, belongings, and pets with care and respect · Work efficiently without cutting corners · Communicate clearly with your team and leadership · Represent Vibrant Cleaning Services with professionalism and pride Who Thrives Here You’ll succeed in this role if you: · Show up on time, every day · Take feedback and coaching seriously · Enjoy physical work (standing, bending, wiping, lifting up to 25 lbs) · Are detail-oriented and quality-focused · Have Grit to learn a new skill · Value stability and are looking for long-term employment · Take pride in doing things the right way, not the fast way This Role Is NOT a Fit If You: · Struggle with punctuality or reliability · Dislike physical, hands-on work · Prefer unstructured work with no standards or checklists · Are looking for short-term or “gig” work Pay & Benefits · $20–$24/hour after training (based on attendance, quality, and efficiency) · Paid training at $19/hour · Weekly pay · Tips + performance bonuses · No nights or weekends · Consistent, stable schedule · Mileage reimbursement · Local travel to homes in Medina, Brunswick & Wadsworth (Medina County) · All supplies and equipment provided · Paid time off (PTO) · 401(k) with company match · Health insurance Requirements · Reliable transportation · Valid driver’s license · Background Check and Drug test is condition of employment · Must be dependable, coachable, and professional Ready to Apply?
