Lead Holiday Light Installer

Pay: $25–$30/hour | Earn up to $25,000 in 14 weeks! Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Early morning starts | Typically 8–10+ hour days depending on workload and weather Location: Based in Arvada, CO | Serving the Greater Denver Metro Area This leadership opportunity is ideal for someone with crew-lead experience in construction, landscaping, roofing, electrical, installation, painting, or another hands-on skilled trade who is ready to take ownership of projects and grow into a larger year-round role. About the Role Ready to take the lead and build something bigger? White Pine Lighting is looking for a Lead Holiday Light Installer to oversee field operations, lead a crew, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. As a Lead, you’ll be responsible for more than just installation—you’ll be the person your crew and customers can rely on. You’ll organize the jobsite, keep projects on track, solve problems in the field, coach your team, and make sure the finished work meets White Pine Lighting’s standards. Previous crew-lead experience is required and MUST be listed on your resume. Training begins at the end of September. First official day: October 1. Why You'll Love This Job • $25–$30/hour • Earn up to $25,000 in 14 weeks • Paid training • Lead and develop a hands-on installation crew • Optional weekend/additional installation opportunities during peak season • End-of-season performance bonus opportunities • Opportunity to grow into a larger year-round leadership role as White Pine Lighting expands its landscape and permanent lighting divisions • Build valuable leadership, installation, and trade skills • Work outdoors and stay active—not behind a desk • Be part of a hardworking, professional, team-oriented company What You'll Be Doing • Take ownership of each jobsite from setup through completion • Lead, organize, and support the crew to keep projects on schedule • Delegate tasks and hold team members accountable for quality and productivity • Maintain high installation and workmanship standards • Install holiday lights, wiring, clips, and other components • Work safely on ladders and at heights • Use tools and equipment properly and safely • Identify and solve jobsite issues independently • Communicate professionally with customers and address questions or concerns • Train and coach crew members in safe, efficient installation practices • Keep the jobsite safe, clean, organized, and professional • Communicate project updates and issues to management • Represent White Pine Lighting professionally in the field What We're Looking For • Previous crew-lead experience MUST be listed on your resume • Confident leader who can set expectations and lead by example • Strong communicator who can work effectively with a crew and customers • Able to speak and understand basic English • Reliable, hardworking, accountable, and team-oriented • Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in the field • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights • Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather • Takes pride in quality work and attention to detail • Treats customers, their homes, and their property with respect • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Available Monday–Friday for full-time seasonal work • Low-voltage/basic electrical experience is a plus • Bilingual is a plus About White Pine Lighting White Pine Lighting is a growing company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Denver Metro Area.
