Snow Removal Technician / Plow Truck Driver / Equipment Operator

Pay: Shoveling / Sidewalk Technicians: $18–$24/hour Plow Truck Drivers & Equipment Operators: $30–$40/hour Schedule: Seasonal | Snow events may include early mornings, nights, weekends & extended hours Location: Reading, PA Love working outdoors and staying active? We're hiring Sidewalk Technicians, Plow Truck Drivers, and Equipment Operators to help keep roads, parking lots, sidewalks, and commercial properties safe and accessible when winter weather hits. Why You'll Love It • Extra hours during snow events • Multiple positions based on your experience • Potential for full-time landscaping work after winter • Stay active and work outdoors • Build equipment operation skills • Work with a hardworking, team-first crew What You'll Do Depending on your role, you may: • Drive plow trucks and operate snow removal equipment • Clear snow and ice from parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances • Use shovels, power tools, loaders, and other equipment • Inspect and care for equipment • Follow assigned routes and property instructions • Help keep commercial properties safe during snow events What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, safety-minded, and ready to work when winter weather hits. • Valid Pennsylvania driver's license • Snow removal or equipment experience is a plus, but not required • Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snow, and ice • Able to lift 50+ pounds • Reliable and available during snow events • Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed • Team player who can follow directions Ready to Get to Work?
