Assistant Technician ($14-$17/HR) Assistant Technicians support the Lead Technician in completing exterior cleaning and home service jobs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn the trade and build a long-term career in home services. Responsibilities: • Assist with pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and exterior services • Set up and break down equipment on job sites • Follow Lead Technician directions to complete jobs efficiently • Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness • Provide a positive, professional customer experience • Assist with marketing material distribution when needed Requirements: • Valid driver's license preferred • Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude • Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors • Team player with good communication skills • Willingness to learn and follow instructions Lead Technician ($17-$20/HR) Lead Technicians lead job sites, perform exterior cleaning services, and provide excellent customer experiences while helping grow the business.
