Landscape Maintenance Technician in Training

Pay: $19–$21/hour (based on experience, skills test, and availability) Schedule: Full-Time | Seasonal outdoor work | Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required Locations: North Syracuse, NY This job is great for people with experience or interest in landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, gardening, plant care, mowing, outdoor labor, agriculture, construction, or other hands-on work. About the Role Custom Lawn-Scapes is looking for a motivated Landscape Maintenance Technician in Training to join our team. This entry-level role provides hands-on training in mowing, trimming, edging, equipment operation, property maintenance, seasonal cleanups, planting, pruning, mulching, and landscape enhancement. You'll work alongside experienced team members while receiving online, classroom, and field training. We're looking for someone dependable, willing to learn, follows directions, works safely, and wants to build a long-term career in landscaping.
