Previous professional house cleaning experience is required. Perks & Benefits • $25/hour starting pay, including paid training in our cleaning methods and standards • Earn $28/hour after demonstrating consistent quality, efficiency, reliability, and the ability to work independently • Up to $30/hour for qualified technicians assigned to first-time, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings (rates depend on demonstrated skills and assignment) • Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends • Paid holidays after 90 days • Five days of paid time off after your first year • An office team that handles scheduling and customer communication • Clear cleaning checklists and client instructions • A team that values honesty, teamwork, and mutual respect • Opportunities to grow with an established residential cleaning company What You'll Do • Complete recurring, first-time, and deep residential cleanings, plus move-in/move-out assignments as scheduled • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas with care and attention to detail • Follow company standards and each client's specific instructions • Manage your time and check your work before leaving • Work independently or with a teammate, depending on the assignment • Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and the office About Ina's House Cleaning Corp.
