This is a hands-on outdoor role involving ladders, rooftops, and lighting materials. Experience in lighting, construction, roofing, warehouse work, or other hands-on jobs is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person. The season runs through approximately December 20, with opportunities for January removal work for top performers. What You'll Be Doing • Install beautiful holiday lights on homes and businesses • Follow light maps and installation plans • Safely work on ladders and rooftops • Prep, load, and organize tools and materials • Work with the team to keep installs safe and on schedule • Keep customers happy with friendly, professional service • Troubleshoot basic issues and help bring each display to life What We're Looking For • Reliable, hardworking team player with a positive attitude • Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and steep roofs • Able to handle physically demanding work and long days during peak season • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Comfortable using a mobile phone for scheduling and communication • Available Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays • Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Previous lighting, construction, roofing, warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus About Jingle Bulbs Jingle Bulbs is a family-owned holiday lighting company serving San Diego County.
