About the Role Team Phun is looking for a Warehouse & Fulfillment Specialist who likes to stay busy, keep things moving, and take pride in getting the details right. You'll help keep inventory organized, orders moving, and clients taken care of—from receiving products and managing inventory to picking, packing, and shipping orders. You'll also learn new systems, help improve processes, and have the chance to take real ownership of your work. What You'll Be Doing • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming products • Track inventory using ShipStation, Shopify, Propago, and other systems • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time • Monitor orders and prioritize client deadlines • Prepare inventory for conference shipments • Perform inventory counts and resolve discrepancies • Communicate with clients about inventory and orders • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized • Find ways to improve inventory and fulfillment processes • Jump in and help the team wherever needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership. • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills • Reliable with great attention to detail • Strong communication and time management skills • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Comfortable working independently and with a team • Warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or logistics experience preferred • ShipStation, Shopify, or Propago experience is a plus • Able to lift up to 45 lbs. and stay active throughout the day • Available Monday, Wednesday & Friday for part-time work • Willing to transition to Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM full-time • Able to work occasional overtime when needed Apply Today Ready to roll up your sleeves, keep things moving, and grow with a team that knows how to have Phun?
