At Kidwell's Kleaning, we believe great work should be rewarded! After approximately 6 days of paid training, new employees typically start by cleaning one home per day. As you become more confident, efficient, and consistent with your cleaning quality, we gradually increase your workload toward a full-time schedule. Your earnings are based on the homes you clean and your performance. Cleaning technicians typically earn the equivalent of $22–$27 per hour after training, including time spent traveling between customer homes. Our most successful full-time technicians earn $1,000 or more per week! Earnings vary based on workload, performance, and hours worked. Our best team members are people who: • Show up on time and are dependable • Take pride in doing a job correctly • Pay attention to the little details • Provides great customer service • Enjoy working independently • Have a strong work ethic and maintain a steady pace • Are comfortable with physically active work • Follow instructions and welcome feedback • Have a positive attitude and communicate professionally • Want steady, long-term employment What You'll Do • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas • Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and make beds • Follow our professional cleaning procedures and checklists • Travel between customer homes within Frederick County only • Provide consistent, high-quality service to our customers • Complete two loads of company cleaning cloth laundry each week: one load of cotton cleaning cloths and one separate load of microfiber cleaning cloths What You'll Need • Reliable personal vehicle to travel between customer homes • Ability to reliably report to work in Frederick, MD • Availability Monday–Friday, approximately 8 AM–5 PM as your schedule grows • Reliable access to a washer and dryer to complete two loads of company cleaning cloth laundry each week • Ability to perform the physical duties of residential cleaning, with or without reasonable accommodation • Willingness to complete required background screening and drug testing in accordance with applicable law No professional cleaning experience required!
